The payment methods are:

All AUDANT products come with a 2-year warranty, extended to 3 years for Loyalty Members who register within 15 days of purchase. The warranty covers repairs or replacements, but the possibility of repair will be assessed before deciding to replace the product.

AUDANT offers a 15-day return policy with a refund. After 15 days and up to 30 days, returns will be refunded with cash points. A pre-paid return label is included for easy returns. One free return per order is offered when the return is done online using the pre-paid return label. Without online registration, return shipping costs may apply. For returns outside Italy, a handling fee may apply. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached. Customized products are non-returnable.

AUDANT ships products Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Biella, Italy. If you order before 10am, your product will likely be shipped the same day. Once we have received your order, you will not be able to change or cancel it. The standard return policy applies. If your order is lost or damaged before delivery, we assume the risk and will do what we can to resolve the situation and get your order to you as quickly as possible or replace the items.
