2-Year Warranty
We have a 2-year warranty policy on all our products which is extended to 3 years for loyalty members. This means that we will repair or replace products covered by the warranty within the warranty period. We believe in repair instead of replacing, and will always consider if the damage is repairable before we decide to replace a product. To qualify for the extended 3-year warranty, you must have registered Loyalty Membership within 15 days of product purchase. We can also repair all AUDANT products even if the damage is not covered by warranty, though some damages might be un-repairable. The customer will, in this case, be charged for the repair.
15-day return policy on all products
We offer a 15 day return period with a refund. For returns done after 15 days, up to 30 days, you will get cash points. All shipments will include a pre-paid return label for an easy return. We offer one free return per order, when the return is online and use the prepaid return label. Without online registration you can be charged with the return shipping costs.
Outside of Italy you will still receive and use the pre-paid return label, but an administration return handling fee may apply. Returned product(s) must be returned in its original state – unused, and with all hang tags still on. If the product has any form of customization, the product will not be returnable.
Color variations
Color variations between product images and actual products may occur. We apologize for this - and strive to address any discrepancies as quickly as possible. Minor differences in color between materials are a natural result of the dyeing process. Such variations between products with the same color code are common in the textile industry.
Delivery
We ship our products on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from our warehouse in Biella, Italy. If you order before 10am, your product will likely be shipped the same day.
Once we have received your order, you will unfortunately not be able to change or cancel the order. Normal return policy applies.
We strive to deliver as fast and sustainable as possible. Certain periods might have a bit longer delivery time than normal due to capacity at our warehouse. If your order is lost or damaged before delivery from us, we assume the risk and will do what we can to resolve the situation and get your order to you as quickly as possible or replace the items.
Out-of-stock
If an item turns out to be out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the item. The item will be refunded through the selected payment solution while the available items will be shipped as normal. This will never cause extra shipping cost.
Package not picked up by customer
If a package has not been picked up after being sent and delivered to the correct address, the customer can be charged for the package's freight back to the warehouse.
Customs, duties and taxes/VAT
All our prices include VAT/tax/customs (if eligible for your country*) and are included in the total sum of the order, in the currency of the country you ship to. This means there are no hidden costs upon delivery. We don’t support shipping to all countries, and neither do we support all currencies.

Discount codes
If you have got a discount code, the percentage discount will be entered and calculated in the shopping bag of the website.
Prices and price changes
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, it may be possible that one or more items on the website is incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any sales of products with incorrect prices.
